Raspberry Brett Ale

Resisting the temptation to comfort the masses, we kept this bottle conditioned beer beyond the typical. Fermented in tequila barrels with brettanomyces and conditioned for months, then blended with a sour lactobacillus base ale. Generous heaps of raspberries were added during conditioning time to finally be re-fermented in the bottle. Made to inspire and be enjoyed in the little moments in your life.
